Embracing Change and Rebirth | Treezo Group Holds 2024 Mid-Year Conference

On July 15, 2024, Treezo New Material Technology Group Co., Ltd. held its 2024 mid-year conference at Dongmingshan Forest Park in Hangzhou. The event was attended by Chairman Lu Tonghua, his wife Xu Junlan, and senior executives of the Group. Over a hundred department heads and management personnel from the headquarters and subsidiaries also participated. The conference objectively summarized the Group's work indicators for the first half of the year, deeply analyzed the current internal and external situations, and clarified the key work focuses for the second half of the year. The meeting began with the familiar and inspiring song "Song of Treezo," sung by all Treezo employees present.

 

Experience Sharing for Mutual Improvement

Outstanding sales representatives from various business divisions and excellent representatives from the market, research, and marketing departments were selected to share their work insights and success stories. The Group's HR Director delivered a keynote report on "Stimulating Organizational Vitality and Creating Talent Development Mechanisms."

 

Work Reporting and Joint Effort

Department heads and subsidiary managers reported on their work. Each presenter reviewed the goals set at the beginning of the year, assessed their progress, reflected on problems, and outlined their strategies for the second half of the year. Vice presidents of the Group also delivered personal reports, summarizing the completion of tasks in the first half and planning key tasks for the second half.

Flag-Bearing and Steering the Course

The meeting concluded with a summary speech by Chairman Lu Tonghua. On behalf of the Group, Chairman Lu thanked all employees for their hard work and contributions to the company's development. Addressing the business performance of the first half, he emphasized the need for a comprehensive review of the current situation, starting with internal management, to identify shortcomings in the current operations. He particularly called for the Group's management cadre to engage in deep self-criticism and reflection to identify focal points for advancing business and work in the second half of the year.

 

Chairman Lu stressed that under the current circumstances, stable investment is the basic strategic positioning. The Group must maintain strategic determination, strictly follow the established collective decision-making strategies, and control funds, pace, and quality. In the second half of the year, the Group will implement the business policy of "organizational reform, technological leadership, lean intelligent manufacturing, and customer supremacy," seeking solutions and breakthrough methods from four dimensions: management, products, production, and market. He acknowledged that 2024 is the most challenging year and called for unity and full effort from everyone at Treezo to meet the challenges head-on.

 

The 2024 mid-year conference of Treezo Group concluded successfully. Chairman Lu urged all Treezo employees to persevere through difficulties, act decisively in turbulent times, face reality, embrace change, and achieve a breakthrough rebirth together in response to the significant market shifts.
