On October 29, the Fifth Mutual Inspection Group of the Twelfth National Enterprise Democratic Management Work Survey, comprising the Qinghai Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, visited Treezo Group and held a symposium. The inspection group conducted on-site investigations, listened to work reports, and reviewed relevant materials to gain a comprehensive understanding of Treezo Group’s recent efforts in union building, employee representative conferences, factory affairs transparency, collective bargaining, and protection of employee rights.

Shen Hongxiang, Deputy Director of the District People’s Congress and District Federation of Trade Unions Chairman, reported on our district’s enterprise democratic management initiatives, while Treezo Group’s union shared its experiences in factory transparency and democratic management.

 

 

Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions Party Group Member and Vice Chairman Jiang Yangfu, Qinghai Federation of Trade Unions Party Group Member and Vice Chairman Wu Youzhen, Qinghai Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Grassroots Work Department Director Mao Baoqi, and other officials from Hangzhou and Yuhang attended the meeting, including Yuhang District Federation of Trade Unions Secretary Shao Suping.

The inspection group highly acknowledged Treezo Group’s efforts in democratic management, recognizing that the Group has successfully integrated employee participation into the company’s daily operations and development strategy.
