☆ Strict selection and control of the source of the raw materials

Quality pine wood from the 34-47° south latitude region is meticulously selected by Treeezo, with impurities such as easily rotted bark removed. The wood structure is uniform, the trunks are straight, and there are few knots and insect holes. After being transported by sea to the Treeezo industrial base in Lanshan, Rizhao, it undergoes two natural artificial aging processes of more than 15 days each to balance the moisture content inside the board, making the base material naturally healthy and more durable.

☆ Natural pine resin, the natural choice

Using imported pine wood as raw material, after stripping, it does not contain bark or other easily rotted impurities. The board retains the unique natural pine resin fragrance of the original material, which is fresh, mild, and odorless.

☆ Tough large chips

Treeezo uses advanced long wood chipping machines to process imported pine wood into long chips of 40-100mm in length, 5-20mm in width, and 0.3-0.7mm in thickness. The chips are more uniform in shape, denser, and have stronger performance.

☆ Strong structural stability and load-bearing capacity

Selecting large chip cores and using Treeezo's independently developed environmentally friendly glue, the boards are subjected to five-layer structural directional paving and high-temperature hot pressing, resulting in higher static bending strength and stronger internal bonding strength. The performance is more stable and suitable for making door and wall panels.
Compared with ordinary particleboard, the F-OSB/2 type fine surface directional particleboard has higher requirements for static bending strength, elastic modulus, and 24-hour water absorption thickness expansion rate.

The finished boards are made of stripped logs paired with Treeezo's independently developed environmentally friendly glue, with low formaldehyde emission and superior environmental performance. The environmental grade has obtained Japan's F☆☆☆☆ certification.

Fully automated three-stage sanding and one-stage forming, with a high surface smoothness that can meet various surface finishing processes such as UV curing, PET, and solid color decorative paper. The F-OSB2 strength decorative ecological board has superior physical performance. The surface is ultra-flat, versatile, and can be widely used in cabinet doors, cabinet panels, and wall panels.
