National CNAS Accredited Testing Center
In 2018, Treezo New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. Testing Center passed the Laboratory Accreditation Review of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and was included in the national accreditation organization directory with certificate number CNAS-L10686.
Currently, the testing center has a total of 14 technical and management personnel, including 3 with intermediate titles and 9 with undergraduate degrees. It has chemical laboratories, physical laboratories, environmental laboratories, high-temperature laboratories, material testing laboratories, and flame-retardant laboratories, along with over 50 advanced testing equipment such as VOC detection environmental chambers, thermal desorption gas chromatographs, servo mechanical testers, spectrophotometers, 1m³ climate chambers, oxygen index testers, and single burning item testers.
The testing center has established a CNAS laboratory quality management system based on the CNAS-CL01 "Laboratory Capability Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories" of the national laboratory accreditation. It includes quality manuals and procedural documents, and always adheres to the quality policy of fairness, scientific methods, behavioral norms, and accurate results in testing work.Currently, the laboratory's accreditation scope covers multiple projects related to artificial boards and their surface TVOC, formaldehyde emission, moisture content, static bending strength, surface bonding strength, bonding strength, and impregnation peeling. It can also test over 30 projects related to the flame retardancy of artificial boards. This indicates that Treezo New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. Testing Center's management level, technical level, and overall strength have reached the forefront of nationally accredited laboratories.
Over the years, the testing center has continuously passed proficiency testing and laboratory accreditation re-evaluations, indicating that its testing technical capabilities continue to meet national laboratory accreditation requirements. It constantly maintains the ability to control product quality, enhances the company's product market competitiveness, gains the trust of government departments and the society, and increases brand awareness and influence.
